Keyhealt platinum plan of no help on chronic MEDS

Im back to complain about Keyhealt Top plan platinum. Because my med doesnt care to solve my problem. I have barrets disease and chronic gastrites. Dr prescribed 40 mg of a ppi (proton pump inhibitors) med aid says they will only pay for 20mg on the chronic benefit. 40 mg must be deducted under my acute benefit which is day to day. They seem to have too many loopholes and reasons for not wanting to pay. I was even told telephonically on the 26/07/2024 call ref *** that the reason why my chronic meds are not reflecting under the chronic column on my claims statement, and goes under acute off my day to day benefit is because i dont RE REGISTER my chronic condition EVERY SIX MONTHS. Wow everyone, it must be magical to think your diabetes could just disappear after six months. Plus if you by your own choice stop taking meds for your chronic disease they will ALSO not cover you any further for that disease because you made your own condition worse. So my solution is to stop feeding their pockets and go for only a hospital plan
