Key Health Scheme refusing immediate cancellation
KeyHealth Medical scheme is super weird! They will claim they didnt receive correspondence from a member, twist things, decline a pre authorisation and furthermore refuse to cancel the membership at the membership’s request. Goodness we stated that if you won’t approve the claim the let us all part ways peacefully end of April, now you claim you can’t recall that. We don’t ****en owe you any premiums! Sue me if you want to but I’m ready to fight this money making scheme! You want our premiums for what ****? Im gonna drag your brand on any platform until you let us go.

The request for our principal member to be terminated from the scheme, has been referred to our membership department, they will reply back to the principal member, as we confirmed with you on the previous comments you do not have consent.
