Key health no customer service

We joined the medical aid in Jan they went through everything and eventually did not put any restrictions on us. My husband's doctor organise for him to be admitted to hospital when my husband spoke to a Clinical Consultant she assuced us of withholding information of his condition. That is absolutely rubish my husband never had or was admitted for his heart and before we joined they had access to all our medical records and could check previous claims why would they treat us like ********* it's totally unacceptable very disappointed with their costumer service. Still waiting for approval....
