key health medical or key death
i have waited fro more than 4moths fro my medical cards from key health medical aid. i have made a number of calls but i dont get help and yet they are being paid for the medical aid that my family cant use due to lack of medical cards. i have references to my complains. those are *** and ***.they told me the card are being send via post and they will take 3 to 4 weeks yet im still waiting since April . i tried to tell them about courier they are refusing and tell me about a post that never arrived may be they only care about money not service to their customers. anyone who knows about a better medical aid please help.

12 Aug 2022, 15:30im happy i received my medical card the only one left is for my lastborn baby because i requested for both of us. keyhealth medical aid agent promised me that i will receive it by next week. im generally happy thanks for assisting me, i can finally consult.
