Key Health Medical Aid

Good day,

I became a Key Health client on the 1st of November because people told me that this is a great medical aid and they referred me.

Things went south from here as me and my Fiance found out that I was pregnant which was not suspected at all.This was 2 weeks into my coverage with Key Health and obviously,if I had known I was pregnant then I wouldn't have changed medical aids because the medical aid that I had was also god but Key Health could give me a better instalment for the same benefits.

Key Health took 3 months just to tell me that my medical aid has been terminated!..

This firm showed it's true colours and the fact that they run away wen payment needs to be made is a huge red flag!

Be very careful when getting a medical aid because you might think that you have a great one but then you have to find out the hard way that you are just another client that they can bull****!

I need to pay my medical bills by myself now and that puts me in a very bad situation!
