Key health medical aid
My experience with them are absolutely horrible .. firstly I’m on an equilibrium from June till December almost ALL my day to day medical care isn’t covered it’s exhausted…
Ive given birth and had a terrible experience with them and now I’m in a debt They are so inconsiderate and heartless after my baby was born EARLY and admitted into the ICU, and refusing to add her on the medical aid from birth because the add dep form was submitted 2 days after the 30days required time frame. They are penalising me for being more worried about the birth and health of my Daughter and which I have been a Member from 2021/12/01. They should be more lenient.
