KEY HEALTH IS A ****!

The worst service ever. Key Health medical is really trash. Today my authorisation was declined for my registed dependant for a reason I don't even understand, I was told that i did not declare my dependants medical condition, the condition is a new condition for which my dependant was to be admitted for. Now my husband had to go back home very sick and weak, and the dr had to give some prescription just so he can cope for now. I mean when u register someone you are asked if they have any illnesses and i believe that is a declartion is it not? I'm so disgusted at the service i got and I will be cancelling this medical and find a better company, I have never missed a payment, u take my money but u don't want to provide the service. I'm even going to inform my employer to pull the contract with u, even my colleagues are not happy. We are talking about a person's life and not an animal, imagine if my husband dies? I'm honestly getting rid of you, you are not worth it.
