Key Health doesn't give the benefits they advertise.

They advertise so many benefits but they never want to give pre-authorisation for example medical appliances needed even though they put it up as a benefit. They also advertise benefits for ophthalmology but your spectacles must go off of your savings. You can only visit a dentist twice a year, also taken off of your savings. Key Health was excellent until this years benefits started. Been on Key Health for 30 years but they have deteriorated rapidly.
