It's the worst service

Good Day This is the worst medical aid, I fell I'll in December 2020. Needing to be in and out of hospital now that I have go for an operation they need to investigate. I mean we joined the medical aid in June 2020 and I had a waiting period of 3 months. So in September I could visit doctors etc. In December I fell I'll with all this they see the need to investigate now. It's sad how you treat the clients after they joined. I would not recommend this medical aid to anyone. I'm sitting at a hospital can't get a authorization this is the worst service ever. You don't think of us as clients that are now in I'll and can't get assistance.. Why didn't you do investigations before approving me for this medical aid...
