<p>Good afternoon</p> <p>I was a member on a Keyhealth medical aid and was taken off by the main member without any notification. I went to the doctor and when i wanted to collect my medication at the pharmacy they told me they can't give it to me because i have resined as member. With great confucion i phoned the medical aid the following day to find out that the member has taken me off 1 April. I then explained to the lady (Rona) that i phoned the doctors rooms to tell them i will pay my bill. I also asked if he took me off 1st will they still cover my bill she said that they will cover everything up until the 31st of April. I then asked her so i can phone back my doctor and tell them to send the bill to medical aid because they said if im not going to pay before the Friday it will be more. She said yes. I asked her to send me the documentation so that i can get myself a new medical aid. On the document it said i was taken off 2015. Now all off a suden they said that i was taken off a year ago. I asked them if i can listen to voice recordings and the lady(Lebo) said that she will send me the recordings within 5 - 7 days which i havent received yet. A month later. I phoned them again today and she (Rona)said she will phone me back and still no reply. I am sick and tired of being told they will phone me and they never do. </p>
