I joined Key Health Medical Aid in January 2024
I joined Key Health Medical Aid in January 2024. According to their "Health Booster" benefits, as a member I qualified for one free mammogram per annum. But when I did my 1 mammogram they refused to pay a cent for the one preventative mammogram which to this day they have failed/refused to provide justification as to why they have not paid the Lancet bill for the mammogram. Plus when I call them to follow up on the payment, no one is able to give me answers to my questions and I just get transferred from one caller to another.
