I DONT UNDERSTAND

Do Not believe anything they say - I app**** for my daughter and grandchild as I could not put my grandchild on my medical - so cancelled mine and took one out for the two of them. So my daughter stopped breathing on friday night and had to do cpr - took her to the nearest hospital - Could not go in with her because of covid regulations - Then they took her for CT Scans bloodwork and such and because she was still testing positive after we had covid (which they paid for the test can you believe) she was released and asked to see a pshyciatrist. Now I HAVE ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS ON THEIR QUESTIONAIRE TRUTHFULL!!! And had a fight with the dr for writing wrong names on prescriptions - they choose the easy way out NON DISCLOSURE - and now refuse to pay for anything - All comes back REJECTED!!!! But All ads say EMERGENCIES ARE COVERED FROM DAY ONE!!!! I did not ask anyone to do a CT SCAN and did not even want to use the medical for her in the first place BUT WHAT DO YOU DO IF YOUR KID STOPS BREATHING it is not an emergency and its not cover - OH And by the way R350 CO Payment was also made???? Their online chat is also worthless -
