Horrible service ! I Do not recommend

I do not recommend this medical aid for your peace of mind and health security. The administration and representatives are poorly equipped with knowledge of the product. They do not process your information accurately and I only found out at the Doctor that one of my dependents was not registered yet they appear on the card they gave me and on documents they provided proving registration. From January to August I keep sending the forms to register the dependent and no one knows why its not corrected yet. If you have your medical aid and consider to change please beware that they are not an option and if you do not have medical aid dont make them your option! Endless co payments yet im in second top option in their cover! What a waste of time !!!!! I am truly sad that if my dependent gets admitted oneday i will pay cash or go to government hospital which is a better option than key health !
