Horrible service
After going back and forth with keyhealth for more than a month regarding the baby smart program and non disclosure I was reassured that on the 18th of November somebody would contact me with feedback and a decision.
Its now the 22nd and still no call….
Keyhealth would be hearing from the counsil of medical schemes soon
