Help withheld when needed most

My mother has a hip fracture (she broke her hip). The doctor said the hip is so bad she needs to be admitted to hospital imminently. She cant walk or stand. We went to hospital and called the Key Heath call center and explained the seriousness of the problem. I gave them all the codes they required. My mother is on their best plan and they simply refused to have her admitted to hospital without fist seeing/evaluating her e-rays and getting a quote for a hip replacement. I explained I don't have these things with me since I dont replace hips and don't know what they cost. The hospital administration phoned them and explained the severity of her case and still they did noting except to ask for x-rays and quotes. My mother could not be admitted. I had to take my 73 year old mother with a broken hip home since they did not want to assist her. My mother is at home, she cant walk or stand and is in so much main she vomited while Key Health withheld the care she needed desperately. If you need copies of x-rays ask the doctor - if you need quotes for hip replacements phone the supplier. Don't ask me to do your job when my mother is in desperate need of help and assistance. My mother is going though hell at home while you simply refuse to give her the care she needs.
