My Aunt was diagnosed with Cancer in September 2022. This after joining Key Health in May 2022. When requesting authorisation for a surgery that would potentially save her life, her claim was not only rejected, but her membership was altogether terminated by this scheme. Somehow a loophole was found from a Dr. who had absolutely nothing to do with her diagnosis. They have now claimed non-disclosure and have terminated her membership. You have to ask yourself what kind of health insurance would question the motive of a 65 year old woman who is barely able to understand their correspondence and highfalutin English. Perhaps this is the way their business model is built- to take on membership of individuals they don't foresee as having any risk, and then terminating the relationship at the first sign of it. 10/10 would not recommend Key Health
