Extremely Disappointed with Key Health – Avoid if You Can

Our experience with Key Health has been nothing short of frustrating and financially draining. Despite signing clear documentation and paying our premiums faithfully, the reality is that Key Health is riddled with loopholes that allow them to avoid paying what they should.

The co-payments are outrageous – we had to take out a 500% gap cover just to try and protect ourselves from being buried in out-of-pocket costs. Over the course of just three medical procedures, we were hit with over R100,000 in co-payments, which is nearly the equivalent of our entire family's annual premium.

This level of cover is misleading. The signed documents do not reflect the actual support you'll receive when it matters most. Key Health seems structured in a way that benefits the scheme far more than the client.

We trusted them to help us manage our healthcare, but instead, we've felt abandoned and misled. If you're considering Key Health – think again. There are better options out there that offer transparent, honest coverage without the hidden costs and fine print tricks.
