Extreme bad servuces

I have been trying to find out for what the amount was that they said I owe to them. I phoned them the 24 June the lady I speak to said she will phone me back since she could not find anything on the system. They send a SMS that state they are going to suspend my medical aid if I don't pay, but for what must I pay if they cannot tell me . This is extremely bad services.
