Empty promises

Key health is the worst medical aid ever. They pretend to care about the community. Giving sponsors to a Netball championship and can't pay the accounts. Now I have the hospital sending me messages and calling me for accounts they promised to pay. I would never have gone to the hospital knowing I can't afford to pay the bills. The hospital can even hand the account over as im not able to pay the account. I've called them and followed up, but still no feedback and still receiving messages form the hospital. I asked them multiple times to speak to Morne the person responsible for this and they just tell me he does not speak to clients. This is unacceptable. Im not paying for this account. My references number is ***. I need feedback asap. I'm not leaving this here.
