Easy ER portion declined after Medical Savings were depleted

<p>I'm on wit's end with Keyhealth, my hubby and i have an Equilibrium cover with them. I got admitted twice at Casualty - Carstenhof Clinic on the 10/11 and 14/12...twice they haven't used the Easy ER portion to cover me. I knew my medicl savings were depleted , however this was an emergency! had it not been, i wouldn't have been admitted would i? and had i known Easy ER isn't for emergency then i wouldn't have bothered to go for assistance . the Hospital had to re-admit me on the 14/01/2017 for 4 days same issue...Ulcers to show that this was serious, till date thewy haven't paid ER Carstenhof. I'm really frustrated with their service, never say i have something when i don't clearly! FALSE ADVERTISING</p>
