Don’t waste your time or money. Stay clear.
If I could give - 5 stars I would. Lack of communication, lack of help, lack of professionalism, lack of giving correct information to their clients. Spare yourself DONT go with them, biggest mistake of my life. Should never have switched medical aids, I’m stuck with hospital bill as they don’t pay or care to tell you they not going to pay when you call them for a whole day. Pls this platforms are there to warn you. Take my advise stay clear. They are the most unhelpful company

07 Sept 2021, 15:47It was investigated and told you will work on your communication skills training, but unfortunately this lesson is not on your pocket, but on mine. I find it strange when a person is in extreme pain and the ER doctor say take him in the hospital. That doesn’t justify for a medical emergency. And you said most medical aids do t cover for back and neck. Which is absolutely nonsense. I have enquired and they do. The back/ Neuro is the biggest part of your body and yet you don’t cover for that. And then instead of staying to me first thing if he is in hospital we will not cover costs, you let me hold on for a whole day. With pending……
