I would like to ask and appeal to anyone who would ever consider joining the Keyhealth Medical aid to really really think twice before flushing your hard earned money in the drain. The company has one person that’s deals with authorization. Their contact numbers when you call send you to what they call administers for the scheme,meaning you are not speaking or dealing with a keyhealth person. You can only send an email which takes forever to be attended too,in the event that you need them to get back to you. So fellow human being please I urge and beg that you look at other companies to look after your health and well-being,because the last I checked you need to be alive and in good health for them to get a premium from you every month. These guys would do anything and everything to not pay up when it’s crunch time and mind you this is not car insurance,this is your health in question.. So please do not ever consider them.
