I AM SO disappointed in myself for ever talking good about this medical aid! Been a client for 6 years, did my MR scan for the first time since i joined them- they preapprove it- and then i get an account for over R10 000, when my benefit is so cold R21 000 Per annum!!!!!!! They never answer their calls or their emails- im suppose to go in for surgery, but now im scared, they make all these promises on their website- its all just a **** for you to join them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
