DEPENDENT NOT ON

<p>Since May 2017 my office send the request for my dependent to be on the medical aid. Monies be paid over ect. June i phoned and my son was on only to discover on 7 July 2017 the ****. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now that my son needs to be in hospital this happend. What is management in Keyhealth doing. Seems they are taking your monies but dont do their work properly. I have decided to cancell my membership with immediate effect and will also take this to the ombudsman. </p> <p>When you phone them you wait 20 minuters for them to come back to you and then on the end the phone dies . What service are you giving</p>
