Declined medical claim

<p>I joined this scheme in september 2016 now come February 2017 i got sick with a bleeding functional ovarian cyst. I was admitted for its removal as it was life threaten. Key health declined my admission authorisation pending non disclosure investigations. After 2 days they sent a message saying its declined yet not any 1 of the doctors they had sent incestigation forms had received those forms. I had to provide them with the correct contact information as their system had the wrong contacts and i requested to be cc.d.</p> <p>I submitted the completed forms and yet still they accuse me of non disclosure yet in October i went for a routine check and no cyst was found. Was i supposed to prophesy that i would get a cyst in february? </p>
