claims not paid correctly according to claimed codes

pathology claimed a tariff code 4652 and key-health approved a different code for payment the pathology sent the response as to why they charged that tariff code this was there response. "We identify virtually all our fungi with automated methods before the identity is crucial to given appropriate anti fungal therapy. Code 4652 is the correct code used for automated identification. Kindly provide references if the explanation is not sufficient."

and still the medical aid approved a different code ie 3868 which is unacceptable as there is a huge price difference in codes I'm struggling since 10/02/2018 with the medical aid to pay the correct tariff code that was charged. How can you pay a lot to a medical aid and still pay a lot to short falls if they pay a totally different tariff code. REALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I'm a client since 2016 and I never had any problems with claims payment up until 2018 all my problems came with payments to providers I had to spend a lot of time on the phone to process the payments.
