Claim submissions (query reference ***)

<p>I am constantly struggling with submitting claims and getting feedback on them. My broker has also recently submitted a query regarding a claim for spectacles but is not receiving any feedback. The turn around time is just ridiculous and unacceptable.</p> <p>I have recently submitted a claim for a Gynecologist consultation but I have not even received an email stating the claim has been received. When I contact customer service they 'will follow up' and never get back to me or 'it will take a few days' and nothing happens.</p> <p>Sort out my claims!</p>
