I would like to thank Chrisandra Grobbelaar from Key Health for her extraordinary assistance. She has help me tremendously and I deeply appreciate it. The pharmacy submitted my antenatal vitamin claim on the incorrect ICD 10 code, but she quickly got them to reverse it and submit on the correct code. She saved me the trouble of going to the pharmacy myself and getting it sorted out. I'm so thankful for her wonderful assistance.
