Beyond USELESS!!!!!!!!!!

<p>lets start by first saying DONT BOTHER TO EMAIL CAUSE THERE IS NO REAPONSE AT ALL FROM A EMAIL!!!!! I am currently 21 almost 22weeks pregnant, I joined smart baby at about 14weeks, and paid everything before cash! BUT here is the catch, I am still paying CASH! Only find out today 20/05/2016 that I have to use some code to claim!!!! They apparently sent me a email! So I go look at this email, and NOWHERE DOES IT STATE I HAVE TO GOVE SOME CODE TO CLAIM FOR MY Vitamins!!!!!!! I am so so sick of Keyhealth constant ****, I am on the phone at least once a month to them! They sent me a parcel when I joined so why not state clearly the code and that we must use it to claim!!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>TO TOP IT OFF, I PHONED AND THEY TELL ME I MUST GO BACK TO THE PHARMACY TO GET A INVOICE WITH THIS CODE ON AND EMAIL IT TO KEYHEALTH, SO THEY CAN REFUND ME!!!! ***!!!!!! They don't pay my traveling expenses, why the fff can't they pay of a cash slip beats me!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>READ CAREFULLY. IF YOU PLANING TO HAVE A BABY OR ANYTHING, STAY FAR AWAY FROM KEYHEALTH!!!!!!! THEY VERY QUICK TO SUSPEND YOU FOR NONE PAYMENT, (AND I REFUSE TO PAY WHEN I AM NOT GETTING THE SERVICE I SHOULD BE, ONLY WHEN A PROBLEM IS RECOFIED WILL I PAY) BUT YET WHEN YOU NEED SOMETHING PAID ITS ALWAYS BIG FAT LONG STORIES!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>i would like a MANAGER someone high up to call me now ASAP!!!! I have tried twice to phone a manager, and hold on for about half hour on MY AIRTIME, so I hung up!!!!! I await your call and for you to rectify this matter ASAP!!!!!!!</p>
