BAD MEDICAL AID

This is not an easy medical aid when it comes for hospital authorizations. I have submitted a pre authorization for a operation due on the 4th of March for myself ( lapse date is the 28th of february the waiting peroid ). I have had endometriosis in 2013, all doctor reports was submitted with the application. Today I have received emails for non disclosure, and I must submit all my and my dependents medical history for the last 2 years. Even for the visit to the dentist, bloodiest ect. Casualty visits, paid by discovery and all. Doctors reports was send, letters and all. How many times must I send the documents and reports, and they are quick to respond that they haven't received the documents. Now I must get reports from doctors I visit during the holidays, of a broken tooth. Doesn't keyhealth know doctors and dentists doesn't provide the patient with a report with the consultation, they do make notes in the file. This is up and down, they are playing with people's emotions and rights to medical care. Quick to debit the premium, but seeking every opportunity not to authorize hospital admissions. If all is under investigation and non disclosure, the membership is useless because you can't make use of an ambulance or hospital nothing. I havent had any issues with discovery, the paid everything, expect we didn't have an over the counter benefit. This is a concern I am the main member, I must go for the operation, not my spouse or child. So you have to get a report from the doctor saying *** has visit me on this day with diarhee, and went to the bathroom 8 times, and now *** is given smecta and scopex. How must a dentist gave a report on cleaning, extract of tooth and filling. They Question all your personal information. Why did you get cough syrup ok, nou you have an waiting period for bronchitis, oh you got mybulens, waiting period for headaches and back pain. My female reproduce system report with pathcare reports was send with application. You are wasting my time to get all the reports in order to Hope that I will be assit, no wait, you will came up with another non disclosure and new waiting periods
