Bad customer service
I have never seen a medical aid that gives you authorization for theater and does not cover the full amount when you are hospitalized. They only pay 2000 for anaesthetist, who goes for operation without that if they say, its not part of the hospital authorization. Now the amount was 8000 now I must pay the balance. This is a bad experience. Am thinking of changing my medical aid and I never had an issue like this with my previous medical aid.
