Bad bad keyhealth service

It is impisdible to keep track of my benefits. Chronic registeted conditions claims shows under the day to day benefits column on the claims statement. Even though there is a column for chronic. Ive lodged queries since 2020 when i started being a chronic patient. Keyhealths feedback once again ref wf*** : chronic colum is only for "OTHER CHRONIC CATEGORY" therefore your meds and consultations are not pd from the chronic limit !! It is IMPOSSIBLE for me to keep track of what is allocated where and to actually USE my disease PLAN for they just do as they please ! I pay R11, 308 per MONTH for ONE member on platinum. My overall annual benefit is R13,065 thereafter go onto self funding gap. Their disease risk management dept has different stories every single time i make a query. I really cant deal with this anymore !! Can anyone please recommend a better medical aid. PLEEEEEZE !!
