BAD BAD EVER
I join this medical with great feedback from a friend. Completed the application with facts , I went in for a mammogram and have to a biopsy, now the medical denied my procedure, as the have to do underwriting on my previous conditions. I had to get a full detailed history from my previous M/Aid
When I joined there was no waiting period as I have been on a medical Aid forever.
The emails back and forth is tormenting to me, I feel ashamed to have ever changed to Keyhealth
its been 2 week still waiting , I'm actually disgusted
First time going to do this procdure now I'm questioned about hist, I never having a cough has to be stipuled on my application form, let along having a neck spasm for 1 day or for that matter a headache.
Please don't ever join Keyhealth worst experience ever, I'm ashamed
