AVOID AT ALL COSTS - unless you like to pay out of pocket

My son went in for an operation which authorisation was given. On the letter it states he gets a once off script when discharged for the amount of R 550. we went to the pharmacy to get the script and had to pay cash. when trying to claim back i get an excuse of our day to day benefit is exceeded but this is the TTO medicine to the value of R 550 for medicine and the hospital did not have a chemist so had to go to another 1 to get the medicine. My son went for the operation and I see you literally only paid for half the operation. Keyhealth no longer looks after their clients and most claims you have to pay in. I tested positive for my covid test in June and again they refused to pay for the bill and why is this not paid from PMB. I am not happy and will start looking for a new medical aid. My son has been sick so often and needed the operation so take it out of the PMB if you have to as he was ill which you can see on the history and something needed to be done. What am I paying for everything month if I have to pay out of pocket on basically everything and i am not on the lowest plan either.
