Authorization not approved
If I could give them no star I would. The worst medical aid ever. I am supposed to go for an operation on Friday 6/11/20, but now there are a number of NDC. Nobody want to do an operation. And now, they're also telling me there is 30% I have to pay out of pocket should they approve me. When I took out the medical aid, I didn't know that I had gynecological problems. I pay them and their service is terrible. DO NOT TAKE THIS MEDICAL AID OR YOU WILL BE LEFT STRANDED. IT IS A TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER.

04 Nov 2020, 11:01So this morning I get a call from Keyhealth, the lady basically told me that I have to follow up with the doctors, thus meaning that I have to do her work for her. And I did, because though one of the doctors claim from them and they pay him, they are suddenly unable to get his contact details. I called the doctor and then sent them his contact details as he insists that he wants every from them and he want to know why they want anything from him as the last time he saw me and my daughter was July and August 2019.
