Authorization DECLINED
So today I went to see a doctor for a pain I have since 2weeks so he told me he is going to admit me to do some test because he thinks it can either be my gall bladder or my appendix, gave me the referral to hospital and guess what happened, my authorization was decline reason being I was told by a lady with the name of Lucy they cannot approve it because I haven't been with the medical aid for a year. This is something that happened now only its not a recurring condition so instead I should go to government hospital but I pay medical aid or die.
