Appalling service from Keyhealth

<p>I have never in my life received such applaing service, from a Medical Aid company even! I app**** with Keyhealth through my company scheme for 01/12/2016 and upon reiept of my welcome letter i find out that my depandant hasn't been added, though i sent through their details along with my original application. I immediately sent them an email enquiring this and 12 days and 10 requests later, no one has solved my query. I have resent them my application documents over 4 times and they blatantly ignore my requests for assistance. One Hope Mgobhozi</p> <p>callously responded with not so much as a care and absolutely no one has bothered to get back to me since. What hapens if the depandant they left out gets sick? lawsuit? Absolutely! this is shocking for a new member to experience, absolutely horrific!! i am disgusted! </p> <p> </p>
