12 month waiting period ??

Seeing all this negative reviews makes one nervous to intervene with a company so I divided to give my opinion and I just wanted to come and say thank you to keyhealth ?? after being honest about my pre existing conditions and a 12 month waiting period they Hassel free approved my conditions treatment and Auth for planned procedures as they said they would after waiting period is over. I do believe if you are (honest) with them and disclose everything to them that they need for your health as well they will cover you if they tell you they will. Every person has different needs and being honest and open about your specific medical requirements helps you and them build a good relationship and understanding between parties that can avoid unnecessary drama and bad reviews. Some patients also expect unreasonable demands from some schemes.
