1 year no service but I must pay full

I wanted to join them but my son with brain epelepsy and myself with IIH may not go to dr or hosp if we fall ill with this 2 conditions. Is not like you planning on falling ill but I cant guarantee what happen in future. Was excited for new medical aid but the fact you just say no sorry sucks make me wonder if you are the best
