unsatisfied customer

<p>I have purchased a brand new isuzu in 2015 from key delta Mobeni reg no. ND 802259. This vehicle is only doing 39000 km's. I took it for 30000 km service and complained that the brakes was squeaking. The service advisor told me that the noise will go away but it got worse. I took it back on the 18th November 2016 and they checked the brakes and told me that it has 50 % life. They told me that I must replace the brakes at my cost. It doesn't make sense since this vehicle came from the factory and to my knowledge it still has factory warranties The brakes hasn't been changed since brand new. This is totally unacceptable. what must I do now?. I await your urgent response. </p>
