Shocking service at Key Delta Pinetown
Re: Key Delta Pinetown History ... Chevrolet Captiva last year went in a few times for various jobs - once went in for an electronic problem for two weeks - they struggled to find problem, eventually they told me it was fixed. Forward to a few months ago - vehicle has been towed THREE times the last few months. Everytime has been an electronic issue after rain. Last time electronics broke down whilst i was driving and vapour / smoke came out of exhaust / aircon/ dashboard. Vehicle still with Key Delta since mid April. They keep insisting NOTHING wrong with vehicle. I have insisted on an outside autoelectrician to check. They send to autoelec. but did not explain to them the full problem. All he did was a visual test. When i spoke to him and explained he understood what i meant (which so many people involved at the dealer couldnt do). So i was told yesterday that vehicle was going to be taken back to be checked properly this time. On our tracker service we saw that the vehicle was taken for a joyride between Pinetown and Verulam and back to New Germany. My vehicle is being abused. My rights as consumer are being diregarded. Meanwhile, our WARRANTY is expiring July 8th. It is worrisome that they are delaying for the warranty to expire. Warranty expires at 120k kms or on 8th July. My vehicle has only got 80k kms!!!!!! SHOCKING SERVICE and treatment of client! THey need to be reported!
