Shocking Service

My vehicle was taken into Key Delta Pinetown on the 6 June 2016, after having had a minor accident hitting a metal object on the road. There was an issue with our insurance company which has been resolved. Ricky Behari stated in an e-mail written on the 30 June 2016, " We will not be held responsible for any future repairs the vehicle might require for the affected system of the vehicle. No warranty can be offered on the work carried out." This being a direct contradiction of the services offered on the Cheverolet websit. I have spoken with Mike Bruns**** the service director who never calls back even after promising to and this too applies to the Managing Director Antonio Dos Reis. My vehicle has been in their repair shop for 37 Days, and I was advised that the part that is required will only arrive in October 2016. Mike Bruns**** informed me telaphonically that a vehicle the same as mine had been written off, and that they will temporarily replace the part in my vehicle with one as recovered from the write off until my part arrives? This raises questions as I cannot wonder if the parts for which I was quoted to begin with are also not recovered parts. I was promised by both Mike Bruns**** and Antonio Dos Reis, that they would contact me with more information and at the time of writing this review I am still waiting to hear from Key Delta Pinetown. Please can someone assist me with this, how much longer can this go on for???
