I am a Chev owner who has been struggling to understand the concept of the Key Delta services. I usually service my car at the Pinetown branch who currently are fully booked for the week so I opted to look at the Durban South branch. When speaking to both branches I get the same problem, both branches claim not to lift customers to Durban North. Bare in mind that when I got told this at the Pinetown branch I witnessed three other customers sign to be dropped off and picked up in Umhlanga which I complained about and got assisted thereafter. I am now being told by the Durban South branch ( which is closer than the Pinetown branch) that I will have to either wait for my car to be serviced or take a taxi, or I can be given a lift to Amanzimtoti (home). My question is this, how does it make sense to take me to Amanzimtoti when Durban North is closer? Are Key delta vehicles meant to be purchased by people who do not reside or work in the north? Is this a serious policy!? If I find that even one customer has signed off to be dropped off further than \Isipingo Amnzimtoti
