Poor workmanship and Service

When I had an accident with my vehicle it was sent to Key Auto body in Pinetown which is a part of the Key Group, my vehicle was not repaired correctly and was sent back and took a further 6 weeks to repair and still was not repaired correctly. After complaining to Budget Insurance I then took my vehicle to Key Durban south, my some faults were repaired, but the handbrake was still not repaired properly, then took it back to Key Durban South and they then charged me to reset my brakes and handbrake. To date my vehicle is not been properly repaired, i have sent an email to Budget insurance and both Key branches and to date have not received a response, I also notified them that while my vehicle was at Key Pinetown 300 additional kilometers has been added to my car and I have not received feedback.
