Key Pinetown is the worst

What a horrible and streesful experience. My vehicle can in at 7:40am for a service...17:20 PM my vehicle is still on the ramp.i am waiting from 16:30 for it,my kids and wife are stuck with no transport.the staff could not give 2 hoots.please take your vehicles to any other Key Pinetown is the worst...and my van will not even be washed...I will never come back to Key Pinetown ....horrible service
