Key Delta PMB not doing justice

on the 26th March I for 60000 service for my car which the lady checked and said it still under service plan and gave me 3rd April 2018. and on that weekend a family member passed away, I had to go to Kimberley which the kilometers exceeded to 62220 and now they can not help me I have to pay. They making up stories saying the service plan has expired which is not what the lady told me when I phoned last week. I would like Key Delta to be fair to me and do my last service with peace.
