After driving a half hour to go view and test drive a vehicle, I filled in forms for finance and signed an offer to purchase as I was eager to buy the vehicle. After waiting round for two days, I had to phone the dealership myself to find out what was going on with the car. I received an email from the finance lady Rowena Naidoo who told me she had gotten an approval but the salesperson I dealt with, Linda, would need to contact me. Again left waiting, Linda did not make contact with me until I eventually phoned him. Once I got hold of him, he muttered and stuttered while thinking of how he was going to tell me the news. Eventually, Linda informed me that the car had been sold to somebody else. The way the situation was handle was completely unprofessional and all I could be told was sorry but they have another vehicle for me which is R50k more than the one I looked at. So if you don't want a vehicle sold under your nose while you wait, I suggest you do business elsewhere.
