Breakdown Service : No Feedback

My vehicle broke down on Friday afternoon 13th Feb.. Mac's Towing towed my vehicle to Key Delta Pmb. I phoned Mac's on Monday 16th, who advised that they had dropped my vehicle at Key Delta Pmb. Upon phoning Key Delta, they advised that they did not have my vehicle and that it was not on their property. After 4 phone calls, my car was eventually discovered at Key Delta Pmb. The excuse was that there was a power failure on Saturday when my car was delivered and they could not load the vehicle onto their system. I accept this. Monday afternoon 16th I phoned Key Delta Pmb again to find out what was wrong with my vehicle to be told that break down vehicles are only attended to once their mechanics where finished with cars that had been booked in. Today (Tuesday 17th) again I am the one who has had to phone to find out about my vehicle. Now to be told that break downs follow a different route. They are seen in the order that they come in. I have never been treated so poorly by Key Delta before. I think it is terrible that they do not keep you updated.
