BAD SERVICE AND PASSING THE BUCK

i sent my car to Key delta Durban South for a 75000 km service. The work done was not good as each time I pressed the brakes I heard a knocking sound. I informed Rishen from Durban South who said he needed to change the brakes and he said he will phone me back
