Bad Service

When i called Key-Delta we spoke to Mr Ricky Behari as we were having problems with our recently service car.We asked for the DP and they cut the call, I have received very bad service and this is unacceptable. We made another call for the dealer Principle and still no response. I am now in JHB strandard with out a car and all of which is Key Delta Pine-town fault. Please can someone call me urgently. I have serviced my car and now its not working all.
